This service provides a visual inspection and cleaning of all readily accessible parts of your chimney, including the exterior, interior, and appliance connections, to assess the basic soundness of the chimney structure and flue, checking for obstructions and major damage without needing to access hard-to-reach areas or use specialized tools. Available for wood burning and/or pellet stoves. By getting a yearly cleaning and inspection from a certified chimney inspector, your home insurance covers any damage caused by a chimney fire.
